Practice Guidelines
At Flexology Studios, your safety, comfort, and results are our top priorities. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and empowering experience in both our Pilates sessions and Physical Therapy treatments.
Pilates Guidelines
Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your session.
Wear Comfortable Attire: Fitted, stretchable clothing is recommended. Avoid zippers or accessories that may catch on equipment.
Grip Socks Required: For hygiene and safety, all clients must wear grip socks during Pilates classes.
Disclose Injuries: Notify your instructor of any recent injuries or medical conditions prior to class.
Stay Hydrated: Bring a water bottle and drink throughout the session as needed.
Maintain Etiquette: Kindly silence your phone and respect the calm, focused environment for all participants.
Physical Therapy Guidelines
Initial Evaluation: A comprehensive evaluation is required before starting any treatment.
Medical Records: Please bring any relevant prescriptions, reports, or imaging results to your first session.
Dress for Treatment: Wear loose or functional clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.
Active Participation: Your commitment to sessions and prescribed home exercises is key to recovery.
Health Safety: If you’re feeling unwell, kindly reschedule your appointment.
Consistency Matters: Follow your treatment plan and attend sessions regularly for best results.
