By accessing or using our website or booking services at Flexology Physical Therapy & Pilates, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Our Services

• You must be 18+ or have guardian consent to participate in any services.

• Booking PT services constitutes acknowledgment that these sessions are provided by licensed professionals.

• Participation in Pilates classes is at your own risk and does not constitute physical therapy unless otherwise stated.

Booking & Cancellations

• All class and appointment bookings must be made via MindBody.

• We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations to avoid fees or forfeited sessions.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions at the discretion of the instructor or therapist.

Refund Policy

• Unused class packages or memberships may be eligible for partial refund or transfer, subject to review.

• Physical therapy sessions billed through insurance follow standard medical billing protocols.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including our logo, class structure, photography, and educational materials—is the intellectual property of Flexology and may not be reused or replicated without permission.
