Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled movements, proper alignment, and mindful breathing. It can be done on a mat or using specialized equipment.
Do I need prior experience to join a class?
Not at all! We welcome beginners and offer modifications to meet you where you are. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
How if Flexology different from other studios?
Our instructors are certified and highly educated in anatomy and biomechanics—some are even licensed physical therapists. We prioritize safety, quality of movement, and results.
Can I do Pilates if I have an injury or chronic condition?
Yes, in most cases. Many of our clients come to us with a history of injury or chronic pain. We’ll recommend the best classes or private sessions for your specific needs.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear fitted workout clothing (nothing baggy), grippy socks (required—if you forget we have some for sale at the studio!), and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided.
How do I get started?
We recommend our New Client Special—3 classes for $59—to try a variety of class formats and instructors. Feel free to contact the studio for more info!
