Beyond inconsistent care, what stood out most was the high employee turnover—a clear sign of low morale and burnout in the industry. He knew there had to be a better way. He felt that with the right leadership, environment, and people, a clinic could become more than just a place to recover—it could be a place to heal fully, thrive, and feel seen.
